  • How do I sell my old mobile via Mobiles24?

      Log on to www.mobiles24.in or download the Mobiles24 app on your Android or iOS(Coming Soon) device. Search for your device through our search filter and mention its accurate condition in required fields. Our automated system will quote a price for your device depending upon the data you entered, which you shall receive at the time of pickup.

      One of our pickup executive will visit your home/office address for the pickup at the set date/time and pay you instantly.

      Please note that we don’t do any transactions from Hotels/Guesthouse/Hospitals/Metro Station etc. We do pick up only from home & office locations only.

  • What do you mean by Instant Online Transfer(IMPS)?

      It means our authorised engineer or our pick up boy will come to your doorstep for physically evaluating the device condition and match it to the conditions you mentioned while generating the quote.

      If the conditions of your device match with the provided description, our representative will pay you instant at same time. We also support online payment gateways like bank transfer and wallets.

      Once you are ready to sell, we will forward you an confirmation message on App. Just accept the confirmation on app, instant transfer as per the payment method of your choice will be done instantly.

  • How do you determine the price for my device?

      The price of a device depends on the overall quality and condition of the device. We examine your device to check if it is in order and, on the basis of it, we determine its price.

  • Why did I get paid less than the quote?

      Sometimes the information given by the seller doesn’t match the physical condition of the device. This results in reduction in the price of the device. To understand the terms better, kindly read the guidelines carefully while selecting your phone’s specifications. And feel free to contact us in case of any difficulty.

  • What do you do with my old phone?

      Once a phone is sold to us, we refurbish it and rectify whatever issues it might have. Following which, we sell these devices to retailers so that they can be further sold to customers looking to buy second-hand devices.

  • Do you charge something for picking up my device?

      No, it is absolutely free!

  • Do I need to show my ID proof to sell my device?

      Yes. This is a legal requirement as we need to verify the proof of ownership of each device we buy. This prevents trading of stolen goods and helps in keeping the stolen devices out of our system. We request you to keep your Aadhar Card (with additional residential & employment proof) ready for verification at the time of pickup. Do not worry about misuse of your personal ID as company authorized pickup executive / service partner will scan the ID and ID data will be directly uploaded on our secure application gateway in front of you after establishing your identity.

  • What if I have a device but one or more of its accessories are missing or lost ?

      Please correctly answer the questions including the condition of device accessories which are asked at the time of placing order on our website. Offered quote price is calculated accordingly.

  • What if my pickup is delayed?

      Usually, it doesn’t happen, it may happen due to traffic Jam or in some exceptional cases.

      But, don’t worry, we will update you with the real time pickup status. If you find any difficulty, get in touch with our customer support on support@mobiles24.in and share your contact details with us.

  • What kind of tests are run on my phone and why?

  • If my model is not available on Mobiles24, how do I sell it?

      Can’t find your phone’s model on Mobiles24? Please drop us a mail at support@mobiles24.in with details about the Brand, Model, Configuration & Condition and we will get back to you ASAP with the quote.

  • My phone has Broken/Damaged Screen but it’s still less than 12 months old. Why will it be not considered under warranty?

      As per warranty conditions, a device is considered out of warranty if it’s physically damaged or has broken screen. Hence this kind of device/phone is not considered to be under warranty.

  • Do I need to give the original invoice also?

      Devices with company warranty will fetch you better prices. So, if you claim your device to be under warranty, then we would require the original invoice to be submitted at the time of sale.

      Apart from that, we will also be requiring a xerox copy of your ID proof and a photo of your identity proof that will be taken by our representative on Mobiles24 Partner app.

  • What if my device is under warranty and I have lost the invoice?

      In order to claim any warranty, the buyer always needs to have the invoice on them. However, in case of a lost invoice, the device will be considered out of warranty and the price shall be quoted accordingly.

      Also, we only accept Indian valid invoices for warranty purposes. All items with Non-Indian invoice will be considered out of warranty.

  • What if during pick up the condition of the device doesn’t match to the one I provided on Mobiles24?

      Under such circumstances, our representative will present you a fresh quote as per the actual condition of the device. If you agree, then we will pay you the re-quoted amount on the spot. You may also choose to reject the order if the re-quoted value is not up to your mark, without any risk of paying.

  • Will I be paid instantly or pickup person first takes the handset at your office?

      You will be paid instantly by our pickup person as per your chosen payment method.

  • I bought a phone from the US and now want to sell it. Will you buy it and do you buy locked phones?

      We buy devices which you bought outside India but we don’t consider it in warranty even if you have a valid bill with it. This is because most devices bought outside India have warranty valid in the country of origin and not in India. Also, we don’t buy locked phone or CDMA phones.

  • I bought a new phone for Rs. 40,000/- fifteen days ago. I am expecting Rs. 36,000/- for it but Mobiles24 is giving very low value for it?

      When you buy a device and sell it in few days, please don’t expect an ‘almost original’ price for it, as the device now falls under the category of ‘used’. You may be better off selling it to a friend. For a professional buyer, the product has already lost 20-40% of its value when you bought it.

  • Is your service available throughout India?

  • Can I change my mode of payment at the time of visit?

      No, You can not change the mode of payment once the order is out for pickup.

  • Should I format my phone before pickup?

      No, as Its necessary to have to keep Mobiles24 app on your phone to complete the pickup process and credit final payment to you. We recommend that you don't format the phone until you receive the payment. Once payment is done, you can format the phone and hand over the phone to Mobiles24 executive.

  • Should I delete all data from my device before giving it to you?

      We recommend you to delete all the personal data and also to remove the SIM and memory card form your phone. But, just in case you haven’t, then it’s not a problem at all. Because, before going ahead with any further procedure, we make sure that our technical expert has wiped out all the available data from the device.

  • How do I become a Partner or a re-seller with Mobiles24?

  • Can I reschedule my pickup?

      Yes, you can reschedule the pickup if there is an unforeseen circumstance. However, request you to please be available at the scheduled time. For any queries, kindly contact at support@mobiles24.in with your order details.
